They can start once they receive the workbooks. (within 7 days)

Watch Practical, Real-Life Videos
Each video focuses on a core area of growth: managing emotions, understanding beliefs, communicating effectively, caring for the body, and clarifying values and purpose.
Step 3
Reflect & Apply to Daily Life
Guided reflection helps learners connect insights to school, work, relationships, stress, and decision-making. The focus is on awareness and progress. Topics include the following:

Pair with the Workbook & Journal
